What’s not included
- ×Leather. It is a different trade with different products and we do not clean it.
- ×Pulling covers off to wash them, and anything requiring dismantling.
- ×A guarantee on fabrics the manufacturer marks dry-clean-only — the technician will say so on the day rather than risk it.
- ×The carpet minimum still applies to a lounge-only job, so a single armchair on its own comes in at the $289 minimum unless it is booked alongside carpet.
Common questions
Do you clean leather?
No. Leather is a different trade with different products, and we would rather send you to someone who does it properly than have a go at it.
Can you get pet smell out of a lounge?
Often, yes — extraction removes a great deal of what causes it. Where urine has gone through to the foam, it is in the filling rather than the fabric, and no surface clean reaches that. The technician will tell you which one you have before starting.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. A lounge-only job comes in at our minimum carpet callout unless it is booked alongside a carpet clean, because the truck, the technician and the drive cost the same either way. Booking the two together is almost always better value.
How long until we can sit on it?
Usually a few hours with the drying assistance we leave. Dense fabrics and cold damp days take longer — if it needs to be usable by a particular time, say so when you book.
