- ×Our minimum carpet callout is $289 — that covers the truck, the tech and the drive. Smaller jobs are welcome, they just come in at the minimum.
- ×A guarantee on every stain. Most lift; some — dye, bleach, rust, old pet stains that have reached the backing — are permanent damage rather than dirt, and the technician will tell you which is which before starting rather than after.
- ×Moving beds, wardrobes, pianos and anything needing two people or dismantling.
- ×Flea treatment. If there are fleas in the carpet it is a separate job, and it is cheaper booked alongside this one.
- ×Rooms larger than the sizes quoted. Every room size is listed against its price, and an oversized room is priced up rather than squeezed in.

- ×Treating the animal. The pet must be under a vet-recommended flea treatment or the cycle restarts from the dog, and the warranty does not cover that.
- ×Ticks beyond the treated area. Ticks reinfest from wildlife, pets and neighbouring bush, so tick cover is limited by nature — no yard treatment holds them out permanently.

Will this get my bond back?
We clean to a professional standard and give you an invoice describing the work, which is what agents ask for. Whether a particular agent or landlord is satisfied is their call, not ours, and anyone promising you a bond back is promising something they do not control.
Do I need the flea treatment?
If you have had pets at the property, most agreements require it. It is cheaper booked alongside the carpet clean than on its own — and the two work better together.
The house is empty. Is that better?
Much. An empty house means every square metre is reachable, nothing has to be worked around and nothing gets missed. Book it after the furniture has gone and before the final inspection.
How long before the carpet is dry?
Hours rather than days — we run a truckmount, so most of the water leaves with us, and we put high-velocity drying fans on every job. That matters when an inspection is the next morning.
