Common questions
Is the price the treatment or the inspection?
The inspection. Treatment is quoted from what we find, because a single bedroom and a four-bedroom share house are not remotely the same job. You get the scope and the price in writing before anything starts.
How do I know it is bed bugs?
Bites in a line or cluster on waking, small dark spotting along mattress seams and bed frame joints, and sometimes a sweetish smell in a bad case. Take a photo of the spotting and send it to us before you book.
What do I need to do before treatment?
You will get clear preparation instructions, and they matter more here than with any other pest — treatment fails without them. Laundering and bagging bedding and clothing is your part; we will tell you exactly what and how hot.
Is there a warranty?
No standing warranty on bed bugs, and be wary of anyone offering one. It is a multi-visit program, each visit charged separately, and success depends heavily on preparation and on whether the source keeps returning.
